The essence of this role is to handle inbound and outbound telephone calls from prospective and existing customers of Equesure and help meet sales targets and growth plans for 2021 and beyond. Full scripted tele-sales training provided and no cold calling.

We offer a competitive salary which increases periodically during first 18 months of service. You will be working in a target driven environment with a monthly bonus paid based on weekly call quality audits, essentially, the more calls you can make the higher the bonus!
There will be an opportunity once fully trained to attend equine events, if you wish, to promote Equesure which are always great fun, especially working with like-minded colleagues. There will be progression opportunities for the right candidate as the business grows.
