Part 8: Show Time Again
So I have dug out the GoPro, and figured I would start trying out its many different attachments, to see what footage I could get. I realised my chest harness is fab for be able to see my hands and the horse in front of me.
Two years ago we were at intro level with not a canter in site. We were comfortably achieving good scores, when we weren't spooking and dancing around, but prelims were hell! We either couldn't get the canter or I bottled even asking for it for fear of leaving the entire arena! 1's were the norm and I had honestly got to the point of thinking it would never come!
So I’ve been recovering from my impromptu dismount at the last show. The bruise was definitely a whopper and did prevent me from being able to wear shorts on the hottest day of the year so far!
